Description

Shiitake mushrooms are native to East Asia and can be found growing on the trunks and stumps of fallen and decaying trees and forest matter. Widely known for its culinary uses, you can find Shiitake in a multitude of dishes throughout Japanese and Chinese cuisine. 
Lifeplan's Shiitake Mushroom food supplements contain pure Shiitake, ground into a into a fine powder without any additives, to provide you with the pure form of the fungus.

Directions

Take one to two capsules a day with food and a drink.
