Description

Maitake Mushrooms, or 'hen-of=the-woods', is a type of fungus commonly found growing at the base of trees and is native to North America, China and Europe. It is well-recognised as a culinary mushroom as is used in dishes throughout China and Japan. 
Lifeplan's Maitake Mushroom food supplement simply contains pure Maitake, ground into a fine powder without any additives to provide you with the pure form of the fungus.

Directions
