Description

Every day, pollution in the air exposes the body to environmental free radicals: emissions from cars, cigarette smoke and even UV rays from the sun. They can also be formed in the body when it breaks down food. These free radicals then put stress on other cells in the body, known as oxidative stress. 
Vitamin C and Zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, as well as contributing to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc also has additional benefits, contributing to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails, vision and bones.
Despite the many benefits of Vitamin C, it is also highly unstable, meaning that it can be easily destroyed by temperature variations, light and cooking. This essential nutrient cannot be stored in the body, meaning we require a daily supply of Vitamin C.
Lifeplan Vitamin C with Zinc supplements contain 100mg of Vitamin C, 125% of the Nutrient Reference Value (the daily amount of a vitamin or mineral that the average healthy person should consume) and 12mg of Zinc, which equates to 150% of the NRV. They are also peach flavoured, so they are enjoyable to either chew or let dissolve in your mouth.

Directions

Chew or suck one lozenge daily as required.
 
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
