Turmeric has been used in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese practices because of Curcumin’s ability to reduce oxidative stress.
 
These capsules also provide a source of Vitamin C, and are high in Manganese, both of which further contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to the regeneration of the reduced form of Vitamin E, another known antioxidant in the body.
