These tablets provide vitamins A-E plus iron, to help safeguard against nutritional deficiencies.They are made to a special one a day formula. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and to the normal function of the immune system. Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions

As a supplement take one tablet daily with food.
