Description

Live cultures can be found in fermented foods such as yoghurt, kimchi, kombucha and kefir, and can be consumed alongside a healthy and balanced diet. 
Multidophilus is formulated with live cultures. providing a convenient solution for people who would like to supplement their diet; each capsule contains 4 billion live cultures, including Lactobacilli and Bifidobacterial strains of bacteria that can be found living naturally in the human digestive system.
Suitable for Vegetarians. 

Directions

Take one to three capsules daily, preferably before a meal.
 
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
