Most women going through menopause may experience a range of different symptoms such as: hot flushes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, difficulty sleeping, low mood or anxiety, reduced sex drive (libido), problems with memory and concentration 1.

Directions

This product contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients to help women during the menopause. Amongst the B Vitamins, Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and, along with Vitamin B12 and Pantothenic Acid (B5), contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin K2, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Magnesium all contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, which is particularly important to women, especially after the menopause. Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Selenium and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Chromium, a trace element, helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels and both Biotin and Copper help to maintain normal hair and skin.
A unique blend of herbs including pine bark, soya isoflavones and sage leaf further enhance the formula.
