Description
These Capsules contain only dried Slippery Elm in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. The bark is pure and no additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.Directions
Take one capsule with water or as a drink (see below) prior to a main meal. Can be taken three times a day.
AS A DRINK Mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly. Stir until fully mixed.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
For adult use only.
Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
If you have an existing health condition or are taking any medication, please consult your doctor before using this product.
Do not take within two hours of medication.
Not suitable for use during pregnancy.
