5-HTP (5-hydroxytrtophan) is derived from the essential amino acid, tryptophan, 5-HTP is naturally present in high protein foods and in the seeds of the African plant, Griffonia Simplicifolia. In the body, 5-HTP is converted into the hormones Serotonin and Melatonin.Lifeplan's 5-HTP supplements provide you with 50mg of 5-HTP and are only for use by adults.

Directions
